ZipScreen systems can be made in widths of up to 5.8 metres and of drops up to 4 metres, or an impressive 7 metre width with ZipScreen Extreme or ZipScreen Motorised, offering an external solution to fit almost any area.
CUSTOM HEADBOX CONFIGURATION
ZipScreen's head boxes are manufactured from high quality aluminium featuring a square, modern profile. From open bracket, to the sleek and compact Box 120 to the adaptable Box 160 and the robust Box 190, each option is engineered for consistent aesthetics and seamless integration.
WEIGHT BAR LATCH
The Zipscreen Weight Bar Latch is designed to secure the bottom rail of the awning when fully extended. It features robust locking pins on both sides, providing a secure hold against wind and movement. This mechanism ensures that the awning remains taut and stable during use.
Z-LOCK TECHNOLOGY
Concealed within the channels, Z-LOCK securely fastens the fabric in position creating a strong, streamlined finish. With precision integration, the zip-guided system ensures zero gaps between the fabric and channel while ensuring an effortless operation.
AUTOMATE MOTORISATION TECHNOLOGY
Have total control right in the palm of your hand, whether you're home or away. ZipScreen shades can be controlled directly from your smart phone, using Automate motors together with the Automate Pulse Hub. Receive live animated shade feedback, through the Automate app, and know exactly what your shades are doing.
For the ultimate comfort and convenience, ZipScreen Automate Shades are now compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home using the Pulse Hub V1.

FABRICS:
We offer a broad selection of high-quality fabrics from mesh fabrics that balance sun protection with visibility, to acrylics and clear PVC for weatherproof coverage. Whether you're after privacy, light control, or a specific look, there's a fabric to suit every space and style.
Available fabric types include:
- Mesh Fabrics – like Vistaweave, Outlook, and Soltis, offering varying levels of openness.
- Acrylic Fabrics – solid and striped options from brands like Dickson and Docril.
- Clear PVC – ideal for weather protection without blocking your view.
HEADBOX & BOTTOM RAIL:
ZipScreen headbox and bottom rails are available in a variety of standard colours to complement your home’s exterior. If your home features a non-standard colour, we also offer custom powder coating to ensure a perfect match. Please note: Box 160 and Box 190 are not available in all standard colour options.
