At All-About Security Screens & Blinds we measure and install a variety of blinds for both internal and external use. Blinds are very much a personal choice with design and colour. We have a range of fabrics, colours, patterns and designs to suit your taste, desires and requirements.

VERTICAL BLINDS

Vertical Blinds are one of the most affordable on the market. They are easy to use and maintain. Parts are cheap and easy to obtain if required. These blinds are the most popular option when choosing for investment properties.

We measure each opening so that the vertical blinds is custom made to fit the exact size of the opening. The fabric blades are 127m wide.

Each blind is wand operated. The control side and fabric stack side of the blinds is entirely your decision and can be on the left or right side. You can have them as a split bunch or bunched in the centre. Usually the control set-up, control side, and fabric stack side will be on the same side as the fixed glass panels.

The face of the white aluminium track comes standard with a fabric insert in the same colour as the blades reducing the requirement for a large pelmet over the top.

ROLLER BLINDS

Roller blinds are very popular as they are simple, easy to use, look modern and are a very cost effective option for a window covering.

There is a variety of choice in fabrics, patterns and colours. This will depend on your individual taste. The fabric can be a Sun Control Fabric or a Blockout Fabric.
A Sun Control Fabric can be seen through. This fabric gives an open and modern look as it will stop the glare and cut down the light. It is often used in open living areas of the home. This fabric is not recommended for areas of your home where you require privacy.

A Blockout Fabric gives you full privacy and significantly cuts down on the light and heat coming from the outside.

The height of the roller blinds is adjusted with a chain control which can be placed on either side of the blind and has a child safety latch.

Each roller blind has an aluminium bottom rail attached to the fabric.

Roller blinds can be installed to both windows and doors.

VENETIAN BLINDS


ALUMINIUM VENETIANS – Aluminium Venetians are perfect for wet areas and high moisture areas. They are a great solution to windows with small reveals as they have 25mm blades.

PVC VENETIANS – PVC Venetians look like and feel like timber venetians but do not crack and warp due to the UV stabilising incorporated in the material. PVC is suitable to any room in the home or office, including the wet area.

PANEL BLINDS

PANEL GLIDES – Panel Glides give your windows and doors a very elegant look. The way they operate is similar to a stacker door where you have multiple panels linked together. As the outer panel opens or closes it brings the other panels with it.

There is a variety of fabrics, patterns, colours and battens to choose from.
This type of blinds works well on doors as they can stack and slide right across out of the way. They also work very well on large windows.
