What do I need?
To apply for a Zip Pay account online, you’ll need your Facebook, PayPal or email details handy. Subject to approval, sign up is lightning fast.
The important stuff.
Zip Pay offers three different credit limits ($250, $500 and $1,000) to approved applicants only. There is no establishment fee, and you’ll never be charged interest on a purchase. Hoorah! Regular repayments are taken automatically via direct debit – you can set these to suit your lifestyle, provided you meet the monthly minimum of $40. You can make additional payments whenever you like through your debit card or BPay. Just keep in mind your scheduled payment will still also take place!

For any month you have an outstanding balance on your account, a single $6 service fee will be charged, regardless of how many purchases you make. You can avoid this service fee by paying off your previous months’ Statement Balance in full by the due date.

The payment arrangement is made with Zip Pay. Should you need to return an item (meeting our return policy), you are eligible for a refund to your Zip Pay account.
What if I’m naughty and miss a payment?
Zip Pay repayments are taken automatically via direct debit. However, if your payment fails, zipPay will send you a notification so you can make the payment manually or reschedule it to be processed in a few days’ time. Remember, a single $6 service fee will be added to your account for any month you have an outstanding balance.
